For getting information under Right to information Act-2005,  the prescribed fee is as under
i) Photo copy of documents        -  Rs. 2 per page.
ii) First appeal or second appeal  - Rs. NIL.

NOTIFICATION

It was notified vide Notification No. RFC.F.PA-30(225)/2000 dated 18.10.2005 that under the RTI Act,2005, ED,RFC shall be PIO and all Branch Managers, RFC shall be APIOs for their respective jurisdiction.  The CMD, RFC was declared as Appellate Authority to  hear the appeal against orders passed  by PIO and ED against the orders passed by APIOs.

In view of provisions of  Section 5 & 19 under RTI Act,2005, following modifications have been made as regards designating Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority:-

ED,RFC                                 :   PIO    (For Head Office)

Branch Managers,RFC              :   PIOs   (For their respective jurisdiction)

CMD,RFC shall be Appellate Authority to hear appeals against the orders passed by PIOs.
