For getting information under Right to information Act-2005,  the prescribed fee is as under
i) Photo copy of documents        -  Rs. 2 per page.
ii) First appeal or second appeal  - Rs. NIL.            

Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 ( Central Act No. 22 of 2005) the following officers of the RFC are hereby designated as Public Information Officer and Assistant Public Information Officers:

1	Executive Director, RFC	Public Information Officer
2	Branch Manager, RFC For their respective jurisdiction	Assistant Public Information Officer

Chairman cum Managing Director, RFC is hereby declared as the Appellate Authority to hear appeals against the orders passed by the Public Information Officer and Executive Director, RFC against the orders passed by the Assistant Public Information Officers.
