Ref.No.RFC/23FR/HO/Policy-28/610 Dated: 27.04.2006 CIRCULAR Attention is invited to FR Circular No. 381 dated 10.04.06. It was made incumbent that in the following cases legal action followed by action U/s 29 of SFCs Act should immediately be taken if there is default of more than two consecutive instalments of principal or interest:
All concerned are, therefore, enjoined upon to send information in the cases, as above, in the formats enclosed at Annexure-“A” and Annexure “B” respectively, where there is two or more consecutive defaults. If inspite of default, no action for possession has been taken, reasons thereof should be mentioned clearly. The information desired should reach the undersigned latest by 10th May, 2006. a) Commercial Complexes b) Cases sanctioned under Assets Financing Scheme c) The sanctions made from 1st April, 2000 and onwards d) Deferred Sale Cases e) Rescheduled Cases f) Hotel and restaurants g) Hospitals and nursing homes h) TUF Scheme.
